Just a reminder that this weekend is the weekend of fun and games! Saturday evening, from 7:30pm is my leaving do at the Clifton Wine Bar (we will be at the back and in the garden if it is nice……….. we live in hope! ).

Then on Sunday is my commissioning service at Christ Church Clifton from 10:30am onward.

Many thanks to Redland High School for Girls who invited me in to take an assembly and then did a cake sale to help raise money for the work that is happening over in Bolivia. They raised a grand total of £128.90. Special thanks to Helena Skerratt and Emily Fry who arranged it all!

Hey everyone. 

Been reading the latest update from Toybox and just wanted to share it with you guys. At present there are over 1,200 children living in prisons in Bolivia. Of these roughly 70% will end up on the streets if suitable prevention does not take place. Please be praying for in particular projects working in the city of Cochabamba. 

Unlike UK prisons, there are little if any provisions made for children within the prisons, and they often get exposed to drug trafficking, violence and other criminal activities.

Please do be praying for these children.

As some of you know I applied to be a Mission Partner at Christ Church Clifton, and I have now been formally accepted after PCC approval on Monday night. This is a great answer to prayer, both for financial and prayer support. Should be awesome! Please do be praying as the practicalities of this support are worked out over the next few days and weeks before I go!

Just to let everyone know the Bristol Evening Post did a full page article on the work and plight of street children yesterday – awesome! Great to see the news getting out about the plight of these children at long last….. Please do be praying that the plight of these children would continually be being advertised!
